🎗️ SHOURYA – Childhood Cancer Awareness Program

SHOURYA – Childhood Cancer Awareness Program was successfully held on 10th September 2026 at Town Hall, Mangaluru, with the aim of spreading awareness, hope, and support for children affected by cancer. 🎗️💛

The program was organized by Lions International District 317 D in association with Tapasya Foundation and leading hospitals of Mangaluru. The event brought together healthcare professionals, guests, supporters, and well-wishers in a meaningful effort towards creating greater awareness about childhood cancer.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Chief Inaugurator Shri U. T. Khader, Chief Guest Shri D. Vedavyas Kamath, all Guests of Honour, members of the Advisory Committee, and doctors from KMC, Yenepoya, Nitte, A.J. Hospital, Kanachur, and Father Muller Hospital for their valuable presence and support.

The programme was further enriched by a soulful musical performance by Master Ashmith and a graceful classical dance performance by Lion Shwetha Arehole and Team Nandagokula.

A special thanks to Zulekha Yenepoya Institute of Oncology for conducting the Free Cancer Screening Camp, and to everyone who attended and supported this meaningful cause.

Together, we created awareness, shared hope, and brought courage to many lives. 💛🎗️
